The Mirador Natural de la Cruz (Natural Cross Viewpoint), the Mirador Degollada Becerra in Tejeda, the Mirador de los Pechos (Pechos Viewpoint): from where you can see the neighboring island of Tenerife, and the Mirador Natural de El Talayón in Galaz. When strolling through the old town of San Mateo, a visit to the most emblematic buildings is a must: The Parish Church of La Vega de San Mateo, located on the main street, has a bell donated by Cuban emigrants who lived in the town. The central upper section is crowned by three bells, designed by José Luján Pérez. Construction was completed in 1895.
