This carefully renovated studio has preserved the old world charm. Bright, cozy and warm, it gives off an immediate feeling of well-being. From the entrance, you will find a nice bathroom with sink. The kitchen is equipped for your daily needs: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge, washing machine, drying rack and ironing equipment. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed 140x200 cm, easy to unfold (just pull the handle between the cushions). Pillows and duvet are ready and stored in the furniture provided for this purpose. A 40" smart TV allows you to access Netflix, Prime Video and other platforms with your own credentials. Blackout curtains ensure peaceful mornings. Access to the building is located at 41 Rue Rotrou. It's at the very beginning of Place Rotrou, right across from the "Le Balto" café. The door of 41 is next to the Crédit Agricole staff entrance at number 43, and has a digicode on its right.
