This 40 m² first-floor 1bedroom is thoughtfully designed to maximise space while providing everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The open-plan layout features a comfortable double bed, a smart TV, and a compact dining area, all set within a bright and modern interior. This used to be a studio, but we have now converted it into a 1 bedroom, which has a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, and all the essential utensils for preparing meals at home. The bathroom includes a modern shower, along with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Additional conveniences such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Whether you’re visiting for work, leisure, or an event at nearby Wembley, this well-appointed studio offers a welcoming home away from home.

Please note, construction is due to take place next to this flat starting in March - September 2026, so there may be some noise disturbance Monday - Friday 8 am - 6pm. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
