The open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with a smart TV, a dining table for shared meals, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all the essentials for cooking at home. The bathroom offers a modern shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. A private terrace with outdoor table and chairs provides a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation, and the apartment also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a stress-free and comfortable stay.

Please note, construction is due to take place next to this flat starting in March - September 2026, so there may be some noise disturbance Monday - Friday 8 am - 6pm. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Stools from the bedroom can be used as extra dining chairs to accommodate 6 guests. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
