A door opens to a private balcony, an ideal place to relax. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all essential cookware and utensils, including a stove, microwave, and coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze. Oversized windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting ambience. The bathroom is well-stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
