Welcome to my apartment! This lovely 102m² three-bedroom apartment in Arrifes offers a relaxing retreat for families and friends seeking comfort and tranquillity. The property is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs. The inviting living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony, where you can unwind and take in the fresh Azorean air. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment also offers a dishwasher, a washing machine, and ironing equipment ,ideal for longer stays. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third has two single beds. All feature complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is well-appointed with all necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Very comfortable apartments equipped with everything you may need, clean and comfortable, new fresh towels. If you are with the car, then the location is rather comfortable; you have plenty of parking
