Welcome to my home! This delightful 130 m² two-storey property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and charming style with large windows, providing guests with a peaceful and bright ambience. The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a double couch and an armchair. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a cosy king-size bed and multiple storage spaces. The second bedroom has two single beds. One complete bathroom with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. And a shared service bathroom. The apartment also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

A lovely stay in a cosy cottage and beautiful surroundings. The terrace, with the sea in the distance, was our favourite spot.

Lovely place and location, wonderfully spacious and tidy. The postcode for the location is incorrect, which is a bit of a nuisance on arrival.
