The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the metro station is just 2 minutes walking, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 50 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor via stairs. It is designed with classy and modern areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing while cooking. It includes essential cookware, cutlery, and a dining table where guests can share meals together. The bedroom is modernly decorated, and it includes a queen bed, multiple storage spaces and a private bathroom. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. It is necessary to climb some stairs in order to reach the apartment as the elevator is only available from the 1st Floor. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay. Simply browse our listings to see more options. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
