The property is close to various attractions like Livraria Lello, good restaurants and shops, and the S. Bento train/metro station is just 4 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! This charming 44m² studio is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living area is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy sofa to relax on, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. It also includes a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cookware and cutlery. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Please note that it is located on the ground floor. Enjoy your stay! CONSTRUCTION WARNING: Please be aware that construction work is currently taking place in the area, which may cause noise and disturbance during your stay.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
