Set on the second floor with stair access only, it is well suited to couples, friends, small families and business travellers. The bright living room features an exposed brick wall, a plush sectional sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV, with a dining area just behind. The modern kitchen includes dark cabinetry, a breakfast bar, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. ***Disclaimer: Please note that scaffolding and building works are scheduled to take place from January 2027 to September 2027. Works are expected to take place Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. During working hours, guests may experience construction noise, particularly when works are taking place close to the apartment or balcony, including drilling, hammering and metalwork. We appreciate your understanding and recommend considering this before booking if you are particularly sensitive to daytime noise.*** The principal bedroom has a super king-size bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom offers a double bed, desk, wardrobes and a relaxing hammock. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
