Located on Place de la République in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, this apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) of a characteristic building in the north of France. The Parking in front of the building (subject to availability) is in a restricted time area. You will need a stationary disk.. Please note that access to the mezzanine is not suitable for everyone. Ideal for exploring the region!

The apartment, located on the street side, is composed as follows: - Living room with open kitchen and lounge area (with connected TV) - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet - Sleeping area on the mezzanine (be careful, the ceiling height of the mezzanine is 1m10) with a second television You’ll have access to washing machines (shared with the other residents) in a room located in the basement (Level -1) Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please also note that the accommodation does not have shutters, only blackout curtains. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment at your disposal via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
