This lovely 189 m2 apartment is on the 10th floor and accessible by lift. Please note that the pool will be closed until the end of September. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The spacious and elegantly furnished living room offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. It includes two sofa beds, ideal for additional guests or lounging, and a large TV to enjoy all your favourite shows and movies. A sleek dining table is perfect for meals or working from home. At the same time, the room's tasteful décor and ample natural light create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal space for relaxation and socializing. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. This lovely property boasts three well-appointed bedrooms, two featuring queen-size beds and one with a king-size bed. Additionally, a fourth room has a single bed, providing comfortable accommodation for all. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 4.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic, rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing development, throughout your stay.
