With its central location, quaint atmosphere, and proximity to attractions, our apartment is ideal for travellers seeking an authentic Parisian experience. Designed with an open floor plan, as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and vibrant space featuring a sofa, an armchair where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, a kitchen island where you can dine with loved ones and access to a private furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.

Very good contact and management of arrival and departure. The accommodation is very pleasant, clean and quiet. The photos correspond well to those published. Very good stay.
