Welcome to my home! This property is centrally located to enjoy everything the city offers, and it can accommodate six people. The house also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, which includes a comfortable sitting area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, cutlery to fulfil culinary requirements, and a dining area. The are three bedrooms. One is fitted with a UK double bed, the second has UK single bunk beds and the last bedroom has a UK queen bed. All beds are equipped with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Great location and well accommodates a family. It is only minutes from the Luas and one can walk or take the Luas for groceries. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We would stay here again.
