This charming apartment is ideally located for your Chartres getaway between the calm of its residence and its proximity to the city center of Chartres. The apartment is close to all amenities (bakery - tobacconist - grocery store ...). This apartment is located on the ground floor and is composed : - a bright living room with sofa and dining table - an open kitchen fully equipped (kettle - coffee machine - toaster - microwave - hotplates - refrigerator) - a private parking space (garage box — small cars only) - a bedroom with a 140cm bed - a bathroom with shower - TV - Wifi - a private terrace with its table and chairs - a cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure

You have the entire apartment to yourselves — all on the ground floor, with no stairs — including the private terrace and the private parking space. Check-in is fully self-service via a secure key box, with the code sent to you before arrival.
