Welcome to our home! Conventionally located a 10-minute walk from Trindade Metro Station. It can sleep up to 3 people comfortably (adults only). There's a really nice pub/bar on the ground floor and it is possible to hear music during working hours. The room is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The room is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: The flat's walls are thin, so guests should expect some noise. Please note that access to the room is from inside the bar.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay. Arrived Saturday and that evening the music was extremely loud until 2:00am. Very difficult to sleep as the rooms are not soundproof at all. The rest of the stay was enjoyable as the pub was closed or
