Ideally located close to La Défense, this fully-equipped apartment is the perfect home for anyone looking to explore another part of Paris.

Welcome to our home! The cosy living/sleeping area has a comfortable double sofa bed, a double bed, and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining table is great for social eating together. Please note that the sofa bed is located in the main room and will need to be opened/unfolded before use. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Please note the flat isn't adapted to people with reduce mobility. I hope you have a fantastic stay!

This is a self-check-in property, you will have to go to a store located 1 minute away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Perfect location within walking distance of La Défense Arena, surrounded by some nice cafés and shops, yet still pretty quiet.
