The university is just 300 metres away, the main hospital is a 5-minute walk, and the metro is only 10 minutes away on foot. Set within a quiet, gated complex exclusively for guests and residents, it offers beautiful shared outdoor spaces and a spacious 8 m² bathroom. Restaurants, local services, Porto's Historic Centre, and Matosinhos beaches are easily accessible.

Perfect for couples or small families, this accommodation features a bright living area with an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or for accommodating extra guests. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, it features an induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge, as well as a lovely dining table to share your favourite dishes. This is a self-check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bags. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when sofa bed is not included).
