Surrounded by a quiet neighbourhood atmosphere and very close to restaurants, all kinds of services and transport links, this is the perfect retreat to explore the 'Cidade Invicta' with total convenience!

Welcome! This double room with en-suite bathroom is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking to explore Porto. The space is equipped with two single beds, and a side table, perfect for planning your daily itinerary, working or having quick meals. The room does not have a TV! To make your stay even more comfortable, you have access to the shared living area, which features a fully equipped kitchen with utensils for quick everyday meals, a dining table, a sofa and a TV to relax at the end of the day. The living area is shared with the remaining 6 rooms in the building. The room also has a handy open wardrobe to keep your belongings organised. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you all the necessary information about the check-in process. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to complete a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair utilities usage policy will apply with a limit of €80. For the first few days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
