The space flows seamlessly into a dining area, ideal for enjoying meals prepared in the tastefully furnished kitchen, equipped with a coffee machine and all necessary cooking utensils. Both bedrooms offer a haven of comfort with plush double beds, soft bedding, and ample wardrobe storage. Start your day with a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath in the stylish bathroom, which features a bathtub and a modern sink. The balcony extends from one of the bedrooms, providing a lovely spot to sip coffee in the morning light. Please note: This property does not currently have Wi-Fi, and there is no router available in the apartment. This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Please note: This property does not currently have Wi-Fi, and there is no router available in the apartment. While a Wi-Fi network from the neighbouring property may be visible, we cannot guarantee that it will be available or working. Please keep this in mind when booking, as Wi-Fi is not provided at this property. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
