It features: One bedroom with a double bed. One bedroom with two single beds—ideal for children, friends, or colleagues. Welcome to our home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Erquy—perfect for a relaxing getaway amidst the sea and nature. A private parking space is available right in front of the house for your convenience. You can easily walk to local shops—including a bakery, a small grocery store, and restaurants—as well as the town center. The harbor, beaches, the coastal hiking trail (GR34), and stunning viewpoints overlooking Cap d’Erquy are also within walking distance, allowing for lovely car-free strolls. 🚌 Nearest bus stop: Erquy Centre (BreizhGo network, with routes to Lamballe, Pléneuf-Val-André, and Saint-Brieuc). 🚆 Nearest train station: Lamballe (approx. 20-minute drive), offering TGV connections to Rennes, Paris, and across Brittany.
