This two-bedroom apartment in Madeira offers stunning sea views and is perfect for a relaxing vacation. With its prime location, you can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the comfort of your apartment. It is also just a 10-15 minute drive to Funchal City Centre and 3 minutes away from cafes and shops.

Welcome! This lovely 95m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift. It is also nestled within a private condominium. The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the sea views. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The apartment is fully equipped with WiFi and a dedicated desk, providing an ideal setup for remote work. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. There is one parking spot available for those with a car, making your stay more convenient. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that, due to several issues, the swimming pool is currently unavailable until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
