Welcome to my home! Surrounded by stunning Parisian rooftops, my home is situated in a typical, french flat that has been outfitted with all the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. You'll also find the surrounding neighbourhood to be very charming, with lots of small boutiques and eateries for you to choose from. Furthermore, inside my apartment: - Bedroom with gorgeous views and a large double bed. -Spacious living room with piano (Yamaha "Silent" ie can be silenced with earphones), stereo sound equipment, flat-screen LED TV, DVD player. Internet wifi. - Kitchen with dining table for 4 (extension for 6) fully equipped: 4 ring gas stove, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, coffee grinder, blender, juice extractor, etc. - Washing machine and separate drier. - Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and a heated towel rail. There's a separate WC (next to the entrance.) Additionally, fresh towels, bedsheets/linens and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. My home is also professionally cleaned and sanitised before your arrival. Enjoy!

Note: There will be repair works on the roof, from February to the end of May. There will be scaffolding on all the facades. But this will not block the light. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
