## Space Beautiful apartment of 40m2, on the first floor, it is fully renovated and very spacious. We decorated it with family furniture and handicrafts. The living room of 25m2 includes the kitchen area (brand new - fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster ...), a large wooden dining table and a coach area. The sofa turns into a double bed. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with an excellent mattress. Bathroom and separate WC. Close to Aligre covered market (open every day), many options of restaurants and friendly bars around; recommendations at your disposal in the apartment. “Gare de Lyon” (metro, RER) brings you only 15 minutes away to Chatelet and connects you to the rest of Paris very easily! Many other means of transportation around (vélib ', scooter ...). Basic services are available nearby. ## Access The accommodation is entirely at your disposal, except a small locked room (not in the ad) which serves as a storage room. ## Interaction I am available anytime to answer your queries. ## Neighborhood Close to Aligre covered market (open every day), many options of restaurants and friendly bars around; recommendations at your disposal in the apartment. “Gare de Lyon” (metro, RER) brings you only 15 minutes away to Chatelet and connects you to the rest of Paris very easily!
