Welcome to my home! Just a 5-miunte walk away from the wonderful beaches of Cannes, my home is located in Rue d'Antibes, the most popular commercial street in Cannes, and is located on the third floor of a quiet building with no elevator assistance. Comprised of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds lined in hotel quality linens. In the main area, you'll find a comfortable couch and dining table that faces the window that allows natural light to pour in. A small fireplace that's perfect to cosy up during the mild winter nights in Cannes. A fully-equipped kitchen with all the tools needed to craft a satisfying meal, and small bathroom with a shower, hair-dryer and towel warmer. Complimentary fresh towels and toiletries are provided free of charge for your convenience. My home is also professionally cleaned and sanitised by a third-party specialist who will come in and tidy my home before your arrival. Enjoy Cannes!

This accommodation is located in the heart of Cannes, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the famous Boulevard de la Croisette! On the practical side, the tourist office, the mini-markets and many banks are just a few steps away from the apartment.

Please note that check-in after 23:00 and check out before 07:00 will be charged EUR 15, to be paid in cash to the welcomer. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
