Welcome to my home! Just between the middle of Downtown Cannes and Port Canto; you'll be just 5 minutes away from Croisette beach! Ideal for couples, two friends or solo travelers; the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Composed of one bedroom with two singles beds that can be separated or joined together as one double. You'll find, that the living area opens up to a small balcony that offers a view of the street -- perfect for early morning breakfast or a lazy afternoon of reading. There's also a four-person dining table, a couch to loungue, and a TV + wifi connectivity to keep you entertained throughout your stay The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a fridge, sink, small electric hob and a dishwasher. Pots/pans, plates, utensils are cutlery are also provided as well in my home. The bathroom comes with a shower, sink, toilet and mirror. Fresh towels, bedsheets and toiletries are also provided at no extra cost. My home will be cleaned and sanitised before your arrival. Enjoy!

Please note that check-in after 23:00 and check out before 07:00 will be charged EUR 15, to be paid in cash to the welcomer. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
