Welcome to my home! Spacious and tastefully furnished with modern decors, this charming apartment is within walking distance to many of Cannes’ top attractions! Fitted with a convertible sofa bed facing a TV and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. Through the living room, you'll discover a terrace complete with a seating area where you can enjoy the stunning sea views of Cannes! The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal, including an induction cooker, an oven, and a coffee machine. The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms contain twin beds and a wardrobe for your belongings. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure you'll have a pleasant sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a washer, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!

The nautical center of Cannes and the harbor of Moure Rouge area at the foot of the building, ideal for your hirings of the boat, windsurfing, or other nautical activities! Embellished with palm trees, the Pointe Croisette peninsula, nicknamed Palm Beach, is dominated by contemporary, upscale apartments and the Russian Orthodox Church with its richly decorated facade in pastel tones. Water sports enthusiasts can visit Gazagnaire Beach as well as the nearby surf shops and yacht clubs. Many glamorous celebrities frequent the seafront bars and discos around the Pierre-Canto marina.

The rooms are equipped with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a large double bed according to your needs. Please note that check-in after 23:00 and check out before 07:00 will be charged EUR 15, to be paid in cash to the welcomer. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
