The building is at the foot of the famous Place Plumereau, popular with tourists and students every evening. You'll find plenty of bars and restaurants! The studio has a bathroom and separate toilet. It's also very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, microwave...). Bed linen and towels are also provided. You'll enjoy a spotless apartment thanks to a professional cleaning service, and the apartment will be equipped with the necessary linen such as towels, sheets, comforter covers, bath mats and tea towels.
