Welcome to Un-Almada House! A trendy building located in the heart of Porto, just 5 minutes from Porto São Bento station and other attractions in the city! Newly renovated, it’s the perfect mix of modern and classic. This uniquely designed and brightly colored studio has all the necessities for a great stay in Porto. The spacious layout makes it comfortable for all 4 guests. The living space is fitted with a convertible sofa bed. With a dining table for 6, there is also a TV for guests to enjoy a relaxing evening in as well. The bedroom features a comfy queen bed (fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens). The modern tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet, along with a hairdryer for your use. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will be provided to make your stay all the more comfortable! A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster and refrigerator will allow you to prepare any meal at home if you don’t plan to go out eating everyday. Enjoy your stay!

If you would like to utilize the kitchen, you can grab some groceries at the store down the street. Plenty of attractions are just minutes away, including São Bento Train Station, Clérigos Tower and the famous Lello bookstore!
Notes
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Please keep in mind that although it is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay the property is located in a noisy area.
