Welcome to my home! Bright and minimally furnished, this lovely apartment is close to many of Porto’s top attractions! Fitted with a sofa, dining area, and a kitchen, relax in the open living/dining room after a long day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. Please note that there is no salt, olive oil, and pepper available in the kitchen. There's also a washer for your laundry needs. The 2 bedrooms feature a comfy double bed (fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens), and multiple storage spaces for your items. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

Neighborhood
Vitória is an ancient neighbourhood in the city of Porto. The neighbourhood, along with three others, comprises an area considered a World Heritage site by UNESCO. There is history and beauty everywhere. You will be entering the historic centre of Porto with many museums and monuments to see. Many of Porto’s heritage buildings are in Vitória, the most recognisable being Clérigos Tower (5-mins away from the flat). The baroque bell tower is a popular monument. The view once at the top of the tower is marvellous. Lello bookstore, João Chagas Garden, and Galerias de Paris nightlife area are also nearby should you wish to explore the many exciting things that the city has to offer.

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
