Welcome to my apartment! Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this 70m2 cosy apartment is close to various top attractions in Porto, such as Jardins do Palácio de Cristal and Museu Românticos. The Carolina Michaelis subway station is just an 11-minute walk away from the apartment. The living room features 2 comfortable chairs, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, air conditioning and a dining table big enough to accommodate two people. The bedroom comes with a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook a homecooked meal, including a microwave, fridge, and stovetop. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it. The bathroom contains all the essentials, such as a toilet, shower and hairdryer, with towels and free toiletries being provided for your convenience. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
