Newly renovated, it’s the perfect mix of modern and classic.This uniquely designed and brightly coloured studio has all the necessities for a great stay in Porto. The spacious layout makes it comfortable for all 4 guests. The living space is fitted with a double bed, a sofa which extends to a double sofa bed and a dining table for 4. There is a TV for guests to enjoy a relaxing evening in as well. The modern tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet, along with a hairdryer for your use. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster and refrigerator will allow you to prepare any meal at home if you don’t plan to go out eating everyday.This home away from home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
