Welcome to my 74 m² flat on the 2nd floor in Paris's 12th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its 2 bedrooms with a bed and a double sofa bed, its fully equipped kitchen and its bathrooms. Ideally located 4 minutes from the underground, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the city of lights!


Space

Welcome! The front door of this 74m² flat opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The sitting area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a large television. An office space is available for entrepreneurs. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, hob, etc. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linen. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed, also carefully made up with hotel-quality linen. There is plenty of storage space, so you can feel at home. The bathroom is spacious. It has a large sink, a large mirror, a bathtub and a shower. The toilet is separate. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. There is only a portable air conditioner, not central air conditioning. The flat is professionally cleaned between stays. All you have to do is enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance and will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings of more than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed on arrival and departure, accompanied by an inventory carried out in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
