Space
Welcome to our home! The cosy living area has a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The adjoined kitchen and dining table are great for social cooking and eating together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. There are two bedrooms. One comes with a double bed and the other comes with a double sofa bed, and both will be made up with linens. The first bedroom also has an air conditioning unit. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, toilet as well as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. I hope you have a fantastic stay!

Neighbourhood
In the heart of Paris, the apartment is located on Boulevard Beaumarchais, in 3rd and 4th arrondissements. The area is surrounded with beautiful buildings with Haussmann architecture, historical monuments, beautiful gardens and lively streets. The flat is well located in the marsh between the Place de la Bastille and Place des Vosges. It is situated in a lively area with lots of restaurants, bars and nice streets to wander around. You are in the Marais, a fantastic neighborhood, close to the Place des Vosges, the Carnavalet Museum and the many shops of the rue des Francs-Bourgeois. Located on a lively street, my apartment is surrounded by great restaurants, specialty food stores, designer boutiques and some of the best museums and monuments in Paris. You are just a few steps from the Bastille, the Pompidou Center, the Picasso Museum and the Place des Vosges. In addition, the Seine and the Church of Notre Dame are only about 20 minutes walk away as well as the Louvre, the Orsay Museum and the Jardin des Tuileries (a few minutes more).

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
