This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa-bed for 2 people, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
