This property is available only for medium-term rentals under a lease agreement. The contract is written in French and must be signed in that language. If necessary, we encourage you to have it translated into your native language before signing. With this rental, you are entitled to a flat rate of 70 euros per month for electricity consumption, equivalent to 350 kWh (0.20 cents per kWh). Beyond this amount, you will be billed for the cost per kWh based on meter readings taken before and after your stay.
