Space

A modern and design flat, 15 minutes walk away from the center of Lyon and 30 meters away from the beautiful "Chartreux Garden" which offer a beautiful view over the Saône and the Vieux Lyon. The flat is fully equipped : coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, iron, ... and is also baby ready (baby cot and baby chair available). We also added a few extra equpments for the convenience of our guests : Game console (playstation 1 vintange), a Chromecast to stream on the TV, a raclette machine to spend the cold winter nights with DVDs). The parking is free in the streets nearby and unlimited all year long.

Access

You have access to the whole property. The property is on the ground floor and easily accessible for person with reduced mobility.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Neighborhood

It is a quiet and friendly neighboured, at the beginning of the "Croix Rousse" hill. It is 15 minutes walk away from the center of Lyon and 20 minutes walk away from the "Hotel de ville" (direct buses are always available right in the street). It is just a step by the famous "Garden of Chartreux" which offer a beautiful view over the Saône river and the "Vieux Lyon".

Self Checkin is possible from 1 am untill 11am There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
