Beautiful apartment ideally located in the heart of central London, with Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street station only a 5 min walk away!


Space

Located on the 3rd floor with staircase access, this apartment is nicely decorated and has a wide open living space. There is a comfy sofa, a TV, a working desk and chair along with a beautiful private terrace. With full length, large-panel windows, the home is bright and airy. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a stove, microwave, oven and toaster - perfect to cook delicious meals! The bedroom has an XL king bed and a private ensuite with a large shower, TV and ample storage space. The home also has heating, perfect for the cold winter months! Please note our home is on the 3rd floor without lift access.

Guests will have access to the entire property!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.


Other information

Please note we do charge a £30 late check-in fee between 10 PM and 12 AM and £50 between 12 AM and 7 AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property both indoors and outdoors. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or guests outside. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please note our home is on the 3rd floor without lift access.
