LONG STAY ONLY! Welcome to our home! We love this space and hope you will, too! Located on the top floor of a small building along a quiet residential street, the home boasts a nice sized private balcony for use all year long! We recently revamped the bathroom, providing a more sleek aesthetic. The kitchen is fitted with appliances and extras to make a home cooked meal, along with a dining table to enjoy (or on the balcony)! The living room features two sofas and a TV for your entertainment, and also provides balcony access. Lots of natural light comes through to the home in both the living area and bedroom, where you also have balcony access. Enjoy all the amenities provided in our home, including a washer, toaster and iron.

Kingsland High Street is located 5 minutes walk eastwards of the house where you can find a wide array shops such as Sainsbury’s and Tesco Express for grocery shopping, bars and cafes as well as restaurants, such as the popular Voodoo Ray’s, are all located on the same street. If you walk westwards from Mildmay Road you’ll reach Newington Green, a nice park with a cafe situated right in the middle of it. The house is also situated close to the famous Emirates Stadium. The overground service at Dalston Junction can take you to Shoreditch in 6 minutes.
Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
