It has a cozy sofa, TV, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to make yourself at home. The sofa folds out into a double bed, making the space ideal for up to 4 guests. From the living room, you can access your private balcony, perfect to enjoy after a long day. The double bedroom has ample storage space and a floor-to-ceiling window, making it lovely and bright. The bathroom, with bath and shower, will be stocked with toiletries and towels, making you feel at home and helping you save on luggage space! *As the home is on the sales market, viewings may be requested during your stay with at least 24 hours' notice. please do not book the home if you are not comfortable with quick home viewings
Guests will have access to the entire home! We hope our flat can be the perfect base for your long or short stay in London. Note: There is a dishwasher in the apartment, but it is NOT functioning at the moment.

If you’re looking to cook while staying at the flat, there is a Waitrose and Sainsbury’s within a 5 minute walk. Alternatively, if you’re looking to eat or drink out during your stay, there are lots of great options nearby! We recommend that you head out for a walk around the local neighbourhood to see what takes your fancy, but to give you a helping hand, some of our favourite spots include, Rosa’s Thai, Mango Tree, Hai Cenato, Bleecker, Market Hall for a variety of vendors, A Wong, Cacio e Pepe and the Dominique Ansel bakery. Other points of interest in the area include, The Tate Britain, Apollo Victoria Theatre, Buckingham Palace, Green Park, St James’ Park or a trip over to some of the main sites near Westminster. If you fancy going further afield to try out a different London neighbourhood, the transport links on your doorstep will help you get around quickly and easily.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Note, that the lock-box collection for the keys is 10 minutes away from the apartment (by foot). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). PLEASE NOTE THE TV HAS NO CHANNELS AVAILABLE. IT IS JUST A SCREEN.
