Bright and tastefully furnished with contemporary decors, this beautiful home is within walking distance of many of London’s top attractions! Fitted with a plush sofa and armchairs, a big TV, and a dining area, relax in the living room after spending a day in the city. Through the living room, you’ll find a door leading to the private balcony where you can grab some fresh air! The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you’ll need to cook a delicious homecooked meal such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There’s even a washer for all your laundry needs! The bedroom features a comfy double bed, wardrobes for your belongings, and a work desk. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided. The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up including a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Please note the home is on the fourth floor with stair access only and the toilet is located downstairs from the flat, with no stair banisters and as such may not be suitable for people who require accessibility assistance. Neighbourhood
Highbury is an urban neighborhood in central London that is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation. It is also home to Premiership football at Arsenal FC’s Emirates Stadium, as well as a sports center and tennis courts in leafy Highbury Fields park. Upscale restaurants cluster near Highbury Corner, with artisan food stores, cafes, and global eateries in the village-like area on Highbury Grove. Quiet, tree-lined residential streets feature Italianate villas and grand Georgian homes, many converted into flats. As far as shopping options, there aren’t as many stores as other neighborhoods, but there are still some great boutiques and shops around. Highbury Fields park offers 29 acres (12 hectares) of green space, tennis courts, and a pool. Highbury is bordered on the north by Finsbury Park, on the east by Stoke Newington, on the south by Canonbury, and on the west by Holloway.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) PLEASE NOTE THAT: The home is on the fourth floor with stair access ONLY and NO LIFT, including stairs in the home. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
