Welcome to our home! This 1st floor flat (stair access) features stylish interior, modern amenities and plenty of natural light. The living room is perfect to lounge and unwind after an eventful day exploring London - fitted with a sofa and TV. The open plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary mod-cons, including a microwave, oven, stove and fridge. Feel free to use the toaster, electric kettle and cooking utensils as you please. The space is great for meal preparation, and the dining table is perfect to seat all 4 guests. Have a good nights sleep in the double bedrooms. Both rooms are lovely spaces, with ample storage space and fresh linen provided. The full bathroom is fitted with a tub and shower. Enjoy the other amenities available in our home, including a hair dryer, heated towel rack, iron and washing machine!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
The home is located in a great area, with plenty of stores and restaurants available. Some of our favourites are, Maries (a budget Thai which is a local institution), the street food market (every weekday on Lower Marsh with excellent fare) and La Barca on Lower Marsh (great Italian food). You can also try out Korean food at PoCha on Lower Marsh, and Cuban food in Cubana. There are lots of cafes doing varied sandwiches and quiches in the area as well. If you're planning to cook at home, pick up groceries at Coop and Iceland on Lower Marsh. There are also high quality produce and meats in the area. Alternatively, Tesco, M&S and Sainsburys are a few minutes walk away. There is a Post Office is round the corner, as well as Banks and cash machines a couple of minutes walk away, shall you need it's services.
Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is paid parking all around the area, including on Lower Marsh, as well as Station Approach Road which is directly behind the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
