Welcome to my home! Comprised with one master bedroom with a double bed, and a secondary bedroom with a single bed. This historic building in Príncipe Real is a wonderful base for exploring Lisbon for a small group of friends or a family with you young kids. Here, you'll find natural light and traditional furniture, the apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It's within walking distance of a plethora of bars, cafes and restaurants. Inside you'll find: - Within the heart of Lisbon - Fully equipped kitchen + coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods - Traditional Portuguese design that's IG worthy! - Wifi throughout the apartment Fresh towels, bedsheets/linens and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and santisation services will be done on the day of your anticipated arrival! Enjoy!

Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property. Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
