Comprised of spacious sitting area, dining area and an open kitchen that has all the equipment needed to make light meals. The bedroom a double-bed lined with hotel quality sheets and duvet to ensure you'll have a comfortable rest. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, mirror and walk-in shower -- towels, soap and shampoo are provided free at no charge for your personal convenience. Leave your bags and explore the charismatic streets of Lisbon! NOTE: The building has construction works on the roof!

Neighborhood
Just about 10 minutes away from Mercado da Ribeira (aka. Time Out Market Lisbon) and Miradouro de Santa Catarina (perfect for watching sunsets), and an additional 5 to the historical city center of Bario Alto. The street my home is located in a relatively quiet and residential with tons of hole-in-the-wall eateries for you to experience.
Notes
Upon check-in you'll be welcomed by a greeter who will meet you at the property. Please note that arrivals after 2200 hours will incur a late check-in fee of 20€. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
