A cosy and colourful space that has all the equipment needed to make yourself feel like a local. You'll be amazed by the multitude of bright yellow, red and blue tiles dotted throughout my home -- it gives off a unique character that will have you smiling throughout your stay. My home is comprised of open living-room with a couch, television and a small dining table for two. Further inside is a fully-equipped kitchen that's perfect to cook any ingredients found from the local shops downstairs. The bathroom comes with a hot-water shower, sink, mirror, hair-dryer and toilet -- towels, soap and shampoo are provided free of charge at your convenience. The bedroom has a full-sized bed with fresh linens and duvets. While the couch can fit an additional two guests as it can be converted into a bed. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
