Welcome to my home! Traditionally furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely home (600 sqm) is close to various top attractions such as Amarante Water Park and Trilho das Azenhas! This house is designed with a living room that features high ceilings, providing an expansive and open ambiance to the area that accommodates large gatherings with two large sofas and extra armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal including a microwave and an oven. The property also comes with a washer and ironing equipment should you need it. The 6 bedrooms are complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and feature a mix of single and double beds to accommodate all sleeping preferences effectively. The 6 bathrooms contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a hairdryer. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. There’s also a shared pool by the outdoor dining area with seating areas where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
