About
House in the sunny Algarve, in the village of Estombar/Lagoa, close to the beaches and the very quiet shopping village. Restaurant, supermarket bus, training, all within walking distance, cozy little typical Portuguese village.
Space
This is a very charming village house in the south of Portugal, close to the sea, there is a TV, air conditioning, a small terrace, on the 1st floor a queen-size bed 160 cm, a single bed 🛏 n a space next door. 2nd floor a double bed and also a single bed In a separate space next to the bedroom, the complete bathroom is on the first floor, the kitchen stove runs on gas, the same goes for hot water, the gas bottle is on the terrace outside. The house had a fireplace and 2 heaters for the winter period There is the city of Portimão about 5 km away, but in the village there is a supermarket, a fresh market (square) every day etc,,, practice pilates on a beach (Praia Grande) nearby, Praia Grande in Ferragudo there is golf, water park, and the new aqua shopping center in portimão where you can shop and eat very well!, very nice village. there is a bus and training 5 mn walk from the house that can take you places , but it is better to rent a car , the house is situated close to ferragudo and lagoa , for more information please do not hesitate to contact me Thanks for looking, and I hope to accommodate you soon on the sunny Algarve coast!

Walking distance to the supermarket, 2 minutes, also restaurant, 5 minutes from the city of Portimão, Ferragudo, 15 km from the historic city of Lagos, 5 minutes from the main road (N125 -) and the motorway.

Other information
This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can check into the apartment (3 PM). There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking at the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Pets are allowed subject to payment of the fee, however, if at the end of the stay we find that any property is damaged or smells of urine, we will charge a fine of €200. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, sponge, dish soap and trash bag.
