This spacious apartment, located in one of Edinburgh's iconic Georgian New Town buildings is only a short walk to Princes Street and Waverly Station.
Space
Our living area provides an excellent area to relax after a day of sightseeing. Featuring a comfortable corner armchair and a sofa which converts into an extra double bed to allow for more guests. The kitchen area provides all of the essential amenities to make you feel at home. There is more than enough space to prepare a nice warm meal! The clean and airy bedroom features a comfortable double bed as well as considerable storage and floor space. There is also a desk area which guests can use to can up on any work or browse the web on their laptop. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet, however please keep in mind it is a bit narrow so getting to the toilet may be a tad uncomfortable if you are of a larger built. Please note, the flat is on the 3rd floor (American , 4th) with ONLY stair access important note: The property will not have a sofa bed until August 9th

Other information
Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) MARCH-APRIL-MAY available only for EMERGENCY housing There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

An ideal location for the centre of Edinburgh.Stairs are a great boost if you want to keep fit.Lovely street though and cafe/bars close by.
