Welcome to our home! The 420 sq ft apartment comes with free parking, free wifi, and access to swimming pools, gym, jacuzzi and sauna. A 24 Hour supermarket is present in the building for your everyday needs. The apartment is bright with large windows and scenic views. A queen-sized bed is provided and fitted with hotel quality linens, and a comfortable sofa bed. A 50" Sony smart TV is provided together with a selection of international cable channels. The apartment comes with a balcony so you can sit-down with your coffee and enjoy the views. The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker as well as cooking equipment. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and we have also provided a hairdryer, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort and convenience! We hope you have a fantastic stay!

Notes
This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time.
