Welcome to our home! Have some fun at HubZero, located just next door! Or head to the mall for some high-end retail shopping! Everything is within walking distance from our apartment. With 3BRs, and 4 beds, our apartment fits 5 comfortably! Every bed is fitted with hotel quality linen and every room equipped with lamps, drawers, bedside tables, and wardrobes. Enjoy the gorgeous view of the pool while sipping on your coffee in the morning. Our kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and cookware so if you want to whip up a quick breakfast, feel free to use it all! The living room comes complete with a large and comfortable couch, a grand plush chair, a coffee table, a side table, and a flat-screen TV, for you to relax in after a long day out. The bathrooms come equipped with a shower, mirror, toilet, and wastebasket, with a bathtub in the main bathroom. The apartment also includes a washing machine and ironing facilities for your use. The apartment is also located next to Hubzero, a sprawling, state-of-the-art indoor theme park with climbing zones, rides & virtual reality.
Notes
This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
